What will your day look like?
As an Executive Assistant, you are accountable for:
- Managing the efficient running and operation of all aspects for Head of Strategic Partnerships and the Value Stream Lead for Ecosystems including mailbox, travel schedule and all associated logistics such as visas, transfers and accommodation.
- Management of executive’s calendars including scheduling one off and recurring internal and external meetings. Managing the team calendar including the business operating rhythm (showcases, townhalls, quarterly planning sessions, workshops etc).
- Autonomous and proactive management and prioritisation of the Executives time in relation to business needs, ensuring all key meetings are set within appropriate timeframes and required briefing materials available in advance.
- Contribute to positive culture through collaborating, arranging and/or coordinating events.
- Managing credit card expenses in line with internal ANZ policies and compliance practices.
- Management of all necessary HR processes to ensure accurate position and people data, employee changes, recruitment, exits etc.
- Maintaining accurate records for Executive’s as required.
- Exercising discretion and confidentiality on behalf of the Executive’s office.
- Developing engaging and productive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, always displaying the highest level of professionalism.
- Developing relationships with the broader EA community.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Demonstrated experience supporting executives in a large organisation.
- Extensive administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in an Executive Assistant role, supporting a senior executive with multiple and diverse priorities.
- Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues proactively and in a professional manner.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Proven ability to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and judgement in decision making and problem solving.
- Being proactive by taking action and being persistent in addressing issues.
- Previous experience in a similar role in banking or financial services.
- Experience with and knowledge of ANZ systems highly advantageous.
