About the Role

 

As the Enforceable Undertaking (EU) and Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Program Coordinator for Talent & Culture, you’ll play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of the Program PACT (People, Accountability, Customer and Trust) Packages into T&C as part of the Root Cause Remediation Plan (part of the APRA Court Enforceable Undertaking).

 

Your role leads the delivery and coordination of packages into T&C, ensuring that activities are built into T&C Functional Plans and reporting to the T&C NFR Steering Committee on program progress, key risks, dependencies, change impacts, escalate issues, financial performance.

What will your day look like?

 

As an EU and NFR Program Coordinator, you are accountable for:

  • Working with the GM Non-Financial Risk, T&C to manage the end-to-end delivery of Program PACT (People, Accountability, Customer and Trust) Packages into T&C, owning the intake and sequencing, and interacts directly with the Central Program Team
  • Lead a team of change and communications specialists to drive delivery and embedment of the program activities across T&C. The team will translate Package asks into each T&C Functions plans, execute actions, and collect evidence for closure.
  • Lead the delivery and coordination of packages into the business and the writing of closure memos and supporting the Design Owners with evidence to support engagement with the independent reviewer and regulator.
  • Deliver reporting to the T&C NFR Steering Committee on progress, key risks, dependencies, change impacts, escalate issues, financial performance, etc. as well as seek approval to changes and obtain feedback to inform decisions to key program matters.
  • Ensure adherence to and support the active application of the organisations Project Management Framework inclusive of governance, methods, templates, tools and quality assurance.
  • Establish and maintain effective and sustainable relationships with all key stakeholders to optimise delivery success.

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Demonstrable program management skills, with commensurate experience i.e. 10 years in program and project management within large / complex organisations.
  • Extensive understanding and experience in initiative delivery and governance principles, methods, processes and techniques.
  • Experience working across the domains of Talent & Culture and Group Risk to build the capabilities required for a non-financial risk transformation.
  • Delivery of programs / projects to acceptable time, scope, budget & outcomes
  • Strong results focus, with a continuous improvement skill set.
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Clarifying stakeholder needs and managing expectations to ensure the delivery of effective service
  • Identifying and obtaining support or advice required for the planning, coordination and execution of work
  • Experience working within project costs, resources, scope and change request processes.
  • Contributing to the sharing of knowledge and information within own function and with business units.
