About the Role
This role will support the Divisional NFR Reporting & Insights Lead with reporting requirements and provide meaningful information, reporting and insights to help inform business decisions and uplift Non-Financial Risk and the Control environment. This role also supports the AR regulatory attestations, annual ACL requirements for AR, oversight and management of Responsible Managers (ASIC) and business continuity activities for AR.
As a Divisional NFR Reporting & Insights Manager, you will provide meaningful information and insights to help inform business decisions in order to meet compliance & regulatory requirements. This is done by bringing technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of data, analysing patterns and trends and transforming it into consumable reports for stakeholders.

What will your day look like?
The role is accountable for:
- Analysing NFR data to generate insights. This includes doing deep dive and thematic NFR reviews and reporting outcomes to relevant governance forums.
- Defining and conducting tests to validate that data is fit for purpose
- Performing data analysis in order to support Retail Division which includes monitoring and driving uplift in data quality health in NFR Hub
- Generating, monitoring, presenting and analysing relevant NFR insights
- Ensuring that data is managed in compliance with internal policies and external regulations and is of high quality
- Working in collaborative teams to explore initiatives to reduce NFR, uplift control environment, drive consistency across risk profiles and work with Portfolio teams to identify risk reduction opportunities.
- Drive consistency across the various RMFs with regards to content, insights and efficient preparation of reporting.
- Creating new or adopting existing models/frameworks/tools to support BU/function requirements
- Support the integration and migration of I.AM. Amplified, NFR and CPS230 initiatives.
- Ensure good quality and insightful reporting to the various Divisional and Group Committees regarding NFR. Other activities
- Supporting regulatory attestations for Australia Retail;
- Supporting the annual ACL attestation process for Australia Retail;
- Supporting the oversight and management of Responsible Managers (ASIC) including ensuring CPD requirements are met.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Quality Assurance - Ensuring the quality and viability of working solutions through quality practices and rigorous testing with a customer centric focus
- Proficiency in risk management and data insight visualisation tools, including ServiceNow (NFR Hub), Qlikview, Excel etc
- Ability to translate quantitative & qualitative information and relay insights through narratives & visual means
- Able to define, plan and execute testing of data quality as required to support NFR related initiatives and Group deliverables
- Proven ability to work with large data sets
- Ability to effectively communicate and present to all stakeholders (translate technical into non-technical and vice-versa)
- Experience identifying, analysing and resolving data quality issues
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Business analysis
