About the Role
As the Director, SAF you will support the engineering of specific solutions to meet customer objectives (typically accounting or tax related), coach and train junior staff and help facilitate their personal development, and support the monitoring of risk with transactions undertaken by the SAF team.
The purpose of the role is to originate asset, receivables and other structured finance opportunities for Corporate and Institutional Customers of ANZ.

Work Hours: Full-time, 40hrs/week
What will your day look like?
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Origination of both Asset and Structured Receivables Transactions in the Institutional and Corporate customer base.
- Monitoring and maintaining the risk controls associated with all SAF products
- Train and develop junior staff involved in delivery of SAF Transactions
- Building new channels of activity with customers
- Preparing materials relating to credit submissions
- Monitoring customer compliance with facility terms
- Maintaining an accurate pipeline of activity
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Loan, Lease, Receivables origination, deal structuring and negotiating expertise
- Deep experience with structured products and complex lending structures
- Deep knowledge of Asset and/or Receivables Financing techniques and market best practices.
- Strong data analysis and financial modelling skills
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and internal and external marketing skills
- Product experience outside of loans (e.g. tax, accounting or legal knowledge) will be highly regarded
