About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Manager in our Advertising team, you’ll play a key specialist role in managing performance media and owned digital channels to enable people to purchase ANZ products which meet their needs. This role is responsible for managing and optimising effective and digital performance campaigns. You’ll work with media and creative agencies (including ANZ’s internal agency, BlueSky), the broader marketing teams (Advertising and Strategy & Proposition), Personalisation and Digital teams, product and business stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing campaigns which help us to meet sales objectives.

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Schedule: Full Time (40 hrs/week)

What will your day look like?

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you are accountable for: 

  • Managing digital marketing media activity to attract prospective customers onsite by providing seamless digital experiences

  • Briefing and overseeing campaign asset production to support relevant digital campaign delivery

  • Developing audience segmentation strategies across onsite and offsite environments incorporating test and learn approach

  • Engaging customers through personalised on-site experiences to help them navigate through the digital journey

  • Pulling relevant digital levers through ongoing optimisation and testing to deliver sales and leads targets

  • Collaborating with the Advertising and Strategic Marketing teams to ensure marketing campaigns have maximum impact on acquisition

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing preferably with Finance or service industry experience

  • Deep knowledge of digital channels and platforms which maximises overall digital execution, innovation and delivery of digitally led customer and commercial outcomes

  • Proficiency in managing digital marketing, website personalisation or targeted marketing, creative development & production

  • Experience with sourcing and analysing data, drawing insights, performance reporting and campaign optimisation 

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills 

  • Commercially savvy with strong results focus

  • Strong experience working with or within advertising agencies to develop and manage campaigns that meet business objectives 

  • A growth mindset, resilient nature, and an ability to cope and support others during uncertainty
