Digital Channels Assurance Specialist
About Us
At ANZ, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.
About the Role
The Digital Channels Assurance Manager is responsible for providing independent first-line assurance for Digital Channels, with a focus on the Digital Trust, Identity and Onboarding (DTIO) value stream, helping ensure that customer, regulatory, operational and risk obligations are effectively managed.
The role provides risk advisory for DTIO, including operational risk assessments, control design, root cause assessments, emerging risks and opportunities for improvement. Partnering closely with business stakeholders and the wider Digital Channel assurance function, the role supports better customer outcomes, stronger risk management and sustainable control environments across DTIO.
This role will also support delivery of assurance activities across high priority and strategic ANZ programs, including the Single Customer Front End (SCFE) transformation, PACT (People, Accountability, Customers and Trust) program, ASIC Matters and Suncorp Integration Program, providing independent advice into the effectiveness of risk management, controls and customer outcomes from the perspective of DTIO.
Banking is changing and we’re changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow. Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.
