About the Role


As a Delivery Lead in our Risk (Risk Compliance - I.AM Amplified) Tribe, you’ll play a key role in driving the delivery of Simplifying Compliance for Change (SC4C). Within ANZ we are transforming the way we manage non-financial risk. By the end FY25, the SC4C Program will transform compliance activity into a streamlined, integrated process that drives faster and safe change delivery.

 

With strong experience in change delivery this role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the business and technology changes necessary to achieve target end state.

Role Type: Fixed-Term (Until 30th September 2025), Full-Time
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Work Hours: 40 hours per week

What will your day look like?

Reporting to the SC4C Program Manager, Non-Financial Risk Transformation, you will be a key coordination point for the SC4C Program, working closely with stakeholders across the program and divisions, your responsibilities will include the planning, sequencing and prioritisation of delivery activities, as well as the ability to shape the technology and data solutions required.  

 

Core Accountabilities:
• Ensure delivery against solution requirements and manage key program management artefacts including delivery plans, risks, issues, dependencies
• Work with SMEs across the business to ensure fit-for-purpose solution
• Build and communicate compelling view of the future state and work collaboratively with stakeholders to align delivery plans and resolve any issues
• Support reporting requirements across the SC4C Program including internal governance and broader NFR Transformation reporting
• Coordinate allocation of new workloads and activities

What will you bring?

• Leadership of projects / program, driving end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
• Ability to understand and translate business strategy into clear goals and objectives for delivery streams
• Ability to galvanise a diverse group of people around a common mission and achieving cut through across teams.
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of leading and influencing teams to deliver results and a reputation for coaching, encouraging curiosity and people development.
• Ability to effectively balance the need for collaboration while retaining a relentless focus on well-planned delivery and execution.
• Effective communicator – able to communicate up, down and across the program, demonstrated ability to effectively resolve issues and remove barriers to success
• Adept at fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment and leading, motivating others towards a specific outcome
