About the Role
As a Data Analyst in ECC, you'll play a key role in supporting the Data Chapter Lead across end-to-end data analysis, reporting design, and delivery activities for the ECC transformation. You'll help migrate and modernise contact centre reporting on AWS Connect, turning voice, messaging, and assisted service data into clear, trusted insights that measure customer experience and operational performance.

What will your day look like?
As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Review project priorities and issues to identify risks, manage dependencies, and support successful project delivery.
- Analyse business, data, and regulatory requirements to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs and compliance obligations.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and align on project outcomes.
- Conduct data mapping and lineage analysis to understand data flows, transformations, and system dependencies.
- Support solution design activities by translating business requirements into effective data and reporting solutions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and governance artefacts to support compliance, auditability, and delivery standards.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Working knowledge of SQL and data querying, with experience across cloud or contact centre data platforms (e.g. AWS Athena) desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate data issues, perform data validation, and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Understanding of data models, data lineage, and data quality principles.
- Exposure to or interest in contact centre reporting, ideally across voice, messaging, and assisted service channels.
- Ability to gather, document, and clarify business requirements and support solution development and delivery activities.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on data quality, accuracy, and controls.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business and technology teams.
- Ability to understand reporting and regulatory requirements and support their translation into data and reporting solutions.
