About the Role
Continuous Improvement and Change Analyst is responsible for identifying, leading and managing Customer Resolution change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. The role is critical in ensuring that Customer Resolution adopts and embeds new processes, and continues to improve its operations for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, risk management and overall performance.
Role Location: Melbourne
Role Type: 6 month secondment, Full time
What will your day look like?
- Identify Improvement Opportunities: Analyze existing processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement/uplift.
- Encourage employees to contribute ideas for improving efficiency or innovation.
- Assist with implementing changes across Customer Resolution, making sure that changes are well-received and integrated smoothly.
- Risk Management: identify potential challenges or resistance to change and proactively develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Communication Strategy: Develop clear, transparent communication strategies to ensure all employees understand the change and how it will impact them.
- Track Progress: Regularly assess the progress of continuous improvement projects and change initiatives.
- Reporting to Leadership: Provide reports and insights on change management initiatives, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for further improvement.
- Sustainability of Improvements: Ensure that changes are sustained in the long term by embedding them into everyday operations.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Analytical skills: Ability to assess complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Project management: Managing timelines, resources, and teams to execute change projects.
- Problem-solving: Creative and critical thinking to design solutions for operational challenges.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in communicating complex ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, including time spent in financial or professional services.
- Proven experience in a continuous improvement or operational role within a global organization;
