About the role

The Customer Onboarding Specialist is critical to making this happen and will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. 

You will work with our internal stakeholders to identify product requirements, respond to enquiries and complete a range of processing activities with accuracy and efficiency in accordance with service standards 

You will monitor and edit data for accuracy and maintain electronic and hard copy records, raising data issues where required to ensure data integrity.

During your day to day, you will be open to learning from and sharing with your fellow team to have a consistent approach to our methodologies.

Performing your day-to-day duties within a strong team environment for the timely and accurate delivery of operational outcomes as it relates to job creation, data entry and analysis to support

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure with the ability to reprioritise work to meet changing demands.
  • Ability to deal with competing priorities
  • Negotiation skills and an ability to influence.
  • High level of influencing and negotiating skills by demonstrating a sophisticated repertoire of influencing techniques with the ability to adjust style to different contexts and audiences
  • Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a medium complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings
  • High attention to detail 
  • Experience working in an agile environment, including the use of tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Strong relationship building skills and be able to work in cross-functional teams to embed quality outcomes
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with multi-level stakeholders.
  • Highly developed communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs
