About the Role
As a Change Manager in T&C, you will be responsible for defining and supporting the change management activities associated with defined T&C projects and initiatives.
You will be responsible for developing the end-to end design and delivery of change plans in support of T&C initiatives, as well as contributing to and working on T&C strategic programs, with a focus on supporting the ANZ 2030 Strategy, and uplifting employee experience at ANZ.

Work Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time)
What will your day look like?
As a Change Manager you are accountable for:
- Managing the end-to end design and delivery of change plans in support of T&C initiatives and projects. This includes scoping and assessing the impact of the change (magnitude, complexity & materiality), designing the change approach, and delivering integrated change plans to identified stakeholders
- Facilitating the case for change and leadership alignment approach
- Coaching and supporting T&C leaders in sponsoring and leading change
- Facilitating the change narrative to drive the “why and how” messaging and alignment to T&C’s strategic priorities and the ANZ 2030 Strategy
- Using and continuously improving the change tools and systems to successfully deliver change
- Creating and analysing the change load as an input into the planning for broader T&C initiatives and programs
- Tracking progress of change delivery and supporting appropriate course correction in collaboration delivery teams as required
- Fostering a culture that embraces change and risk management alongside initiative delivery
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Experience supporting T&C or Technology projects and initiatives in a change management capacity
- Understanding and experience in organisational change principles, methods, processes and techniques
- Expertise in change process design and facilitation
- Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence for the right outcomes, including ability to coach and support leaders in sponsorship of leading and managing change
- Strong analytical skills, and proven experience in using data and insights to develop change plans and strategies
- Excellent strategic communication and positioning skills to digest, connect and distil information, issues and initiatives into compelling propositions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective management skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and to work under pressure within various constraints
- Proactive thinker with sense of curiosity, able to anticipate and identify emerging trends which may become more important for the bank
- Contributes to a team environment that promotes high performance and proven experience leading others
