About the Role

As a Change Manager in the Australia Operations Portfolio Strategy & Transformation business, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective change readiness for multiple projects and programs across CSO, including the "Collections Uplift Program." This position entails overseeing end-to-end change management, helping projects and programs meet business needs while ensuring changes are implemented safely for our people. You will collaborate closely with project teams and various departments (both within CSO and across ANZ) to develop and execute change management plans and activities. Leveraging your change management expertise, you will ensure the successful adoption of new systems, processes, policies, and behaviours by both our customers and employees.

What will your day look like?

This role is accountable for:

  • Facilitating the case for change and leadership alignment approach.
  • Facilitating the change impact assessment to identify the impact of an initiative/project, both within and outside of ANZ. Analysing and communicating impacts across the value change with the right people at the right time.
  • Analysing persona/customer/employee journeys to understand downstream impacts, cross divisional impacts, and integration points, addressing any impacts uncovered.
  • Developing a change strategy/plan outlining appropriate change activities that are fit for purpose and create the right level of business readiness for change.
  • Identifying and maintaining stakeholder information and facilitating the engagement plan.
  • Supporting communication efforts, including design, review and delivery of communications and leadership /employee engagement. Align communications to strategic narrative.
  • Conducting change readiness assessments, identifying, and mitigating possible areas of concern.
  • Translating data into insights, using it to deliver better customer/user centric solutions.
  • Developing a transition plan to embed the change including handover to BAU.
  • Identifying and escalating change risks, with proposed treatment plans, to the COE Change Lead/Delivery Governance Lead/Initiative Lead/Workstream Leads.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Previous in-depth experience (3 plus years) as a Change Analyst/Change Manager or similar position, across project and change methodologies e.g., Agile and Traditional

  • Has successfully delivered program change activities with quality outcomes.

  • Experience identifying change impacts and change risks, while developing and executing targeted change interventions

  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with stakeholders.
