About the Role

Customer Engagement is the largest group within the Australia Retail Division at ANZ. We support close to five million active customers with a focus on being the bank of choice for Home Owners, for their home loans and other banking needs.

 

As a Change Manager within Customer Engagement, you will collaborate with the areas across Retail to support change initiatives in our Branch Network and Contact Centre.

 

You may also manage initiatives which are important for Customer Engagement to achieve Customer Engagement's strategic objectives,

What will your day look like?

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to manage change management activities that will ensure the adoption of the changes implemented prepare our frontline and support our customers.


As a Change Manager, you will:

  • Support change activities including updating processes, training, and communications to provide an optimal experience for our frontline and meet compliance requirements
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders from Retail portfolios and frontline team to ensure changes are well-managed and effectively delivered
  • Contribute to strong change governance across Customer Engagement. 
  • Complete Business Impact Assessments so that the change delivery teams are all clear on the actual impacts to Frontline
  • Measure and manage change readiness to make sure all impacted frontline teams are ready prior to go live
  • Develop and execute on Change Adoption & Embedment planning, ensuring that the change initiator continues until the changes are adopted and fully embedded
