About the Role

As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in driving change readiness to support the transition from legacy customer contact platforms to new enterprise solutions.

You will lead end-to-end change management to achieve business adoption outcomes, ensuring all changes are implemented safely and effectively within the division. Leveraging your expertise, you will work closely with the ECC project and change teams to enable the successful adoption of new systems, processes, policies, and behaviours across the business.

You will partner with the Transition Manager, Business Analyst, ECC project team, and stakeholders across both the division and broader ANZ to design and deliver change strategies and activities that support operational readiness for the ECC transition.

A key focus of the role is building strong, constructive relationships with a diverse range of strategic stakeholders. You will translate change requirements into practical, operationally robust plans and lead their execution to ensure a smooth and effective transition.

Work Hours: Full Time (40 Hours/Week)

What will your day look like?

  • Develop and execute a divisional change management strategy tailored to the ECC program's objectives
  • Facilitating the change impact assessment to identify the impact of the program to the division
  • Engage with key stakeholders to build awareness and support for the program and it’s potential impacts
  • Analysing persona/customer/employee journeys to understand downstream impacts, cross divisional impacts, and integration points, addressing any impacts uncovered
  • Create and implement a divisional communication plan
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees
  • Conducting change readiness assessments, identifying, and mitigating possible areas of concern. 
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to help employees adapt
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness of the change plan and strategy
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and communication sessions
  • Developing a transition plan to embed the change including handover to BAU. 
  • Address and resolve any resistance to change.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Must-have

  • Change Management: Case for change, impact analysis, ANZ methodology
  • Relationship Management: Stakeholder engagement, strong communication
  • Delivery Management: Customer and user research
  • Leadership: Collaborative, inclusive, global mindset
  • Experience: 3+ years in change roles (Agile/traditional); managing impacts, risks, and stakeholders

Good to have

  • Consulting experience
  • Change risk management
  • Commercial acumen
