About the Role
As the Change Lead, you’ll play a key role in helping the Institutional Operations Data, Digital & Automation team. This role is responsible for ensuring that the people and organisational impacts of projects and change efforts are effectively managed, thus helping projects to meet business, schedule and budget objectives.
You will also be responsible for the rollout of the Digital Backbone agenda working with the key interface between the project, the Chief Operating Officers/their delegates, and stakeholders of the relevant functions in ensuring the change is delivered in a smooth and successful manner.

What will your day look like?
As a Change Lead, you will:

Strong domain knowledge on customer onboarding, services, products and channels of ANZ
-
Ability to appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a moderate complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings.

Experience and high level of expertise in all aspects of automation and digital project & programme life cycles

Experience of interacting at senior levels and ensuring credibility is maintained through solid delivery against commitments

Experience of working in Implementation/Change Manager experience in Financial Services
-
Understanding of Risk management framework in financial services, and it’s application in both project management and operations perspective

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Proven experience in change management experience
• Strong people leadership experience in leading and mentoring teams - you recognise the value different perspectives and skills your colleagues bring
• Demonstrated experience in delivering across a portfolio of change within a complex and fast paced environment
• Experience in producing, consulting on, and following through on change management strategies, and training and communications plans
• Working knowledge and practical application of change management methodologies, such as PROSCI tools and activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels and build solid relationships with stakeholders
• Risk awareness and critical thinking to drive better outcomes that protect our customers, stakeholders, and ANZ
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data and technical information into business insights
• Comfort with uncertainty and changing priorities, and a high level of self-motivation and initiative
• Passion for continuous improvement and growth, with a desire to contribute beyond your current skillset
