About the Role
As the Change Lead, you will be responsible for the rollout of the electronic KYC capability & Entitlements Master program working as the key interface between the project, the Chief Operating Officers/their delegates, and stakeholders of the relevant functions in ensuring the change is delivered in a smooth and successful manner.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Lead the change management activities. in particular for the rollout of the eKYC, Entitlements Master program.
- Plan and execute the change activities including change impact analysis, Operating model and process design, documentation, training, communication and post implementation support. Work closely with stakeholders i.e. Institutional KYC Onboarding teams, Channel registration & Products & Services to deliver the initiatives within budget and timelines. Facilitate and contribute on the other project activities including requirements sign-off, UAT and Non-Financial Risk Assessments.
- Facilitate and support the rollout and post implementation support on the other initiatives of the Digital Backbone agenda and change mandate.
- Drive the awareness and understanding of the agenda, and adoption of the changes implemented with a concrete matrix.
- Align the AU, GCC and projects to optimise delivery and change scope and schedule to meet strategic objectives and business needs.

What will your day look like?
As a Change Implementation Lead, you are accountable for:
- Actively managing plans, risks, issues, dependencies and maintaining visibility of progress.
- Strategic project planning (including development of a critical path and activity sequencing to meet business milestones), ensuring ongoing alignment of the Project Plan with that of the External Partners.
- Project delivery management (backlog management, prioritisation, coordination of delivery, identification and management of dependencies across workstreams)
- Facilitating the efficient prioritisation, co-ordination and delivery of project activities within the required time frames, to agreed quality and scope and in accordance with ANZ policy
- Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across ANZ and External Partners, anticipating and responding to evolving stakeholder needs
- Resourcing management to ensure adequate capacity to deliver and to optimise capability across work streams
- Project health metrics management (establishing & facilitating ceremonies, sprint reporting, velocity charts, proactively managing risks)
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Strong domain knowledge on Institutional customer onboarding, services, products and channels of ANZ
- Ability to appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a moderate complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings.
- Experience and high level of expertise in all aspects of automation and digital project & programme life cycles
- Experience of interacting at senior levels and ensuring credibility is maintained through solid delivery against commitments
- Experience of working in Implementation/Change Manager experience in Financial Services
- Understanding of Risk management framework in financial services, and it’s application in both project management and operations perspective
