About the Role
As a Case Manager in the Deregistered Team within Commercial Operations at CSO, you are responsible for ensuring ANZ’s compliance when offboarding deregistered companies—this includes restraining accounts, issuing letters, remitting funds to ASIC, and closing accounts. Additionally, you assist customers who have re-registered their companies and wish to continue using their ANZ accounts.

What will your day look like?
As a Case Manager, you will:

Ensuring that accounts are restrained in a timely manner after identification of deregistration

Ensuring that ANZ remits funds to ASIC promptly post expiry of the letter

Offboarding companies once funds have been remitted to ASIC

Assisting customers with compassion and provide sufficient information for them to understand the process

Work with key stakeholders across CSO (Collections, statutory compliance) to streamline / simplify the process, provide customers with updates of any concerns

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored product or service options.

Skilled in executing end-to-end processes to deliver customer outcomes.

Ensures high-quality solutions through rigorous testing and a customer-centric approach.

Proficient in using CAP systems and tools.

Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve issues effectively.

Capable of managing discussions and reaching mutually beneficial outcomes.
