About the Role

Customer Tax Transparency (CTT) is a specialised team that governs regulations and requirements to ensure ANZ meets the standards required under Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) laws

 

With focus increasing on driving the adoption of CTT risk culture, knowledge, and awareness throughout ANZ jurisdictions, the CTT Knowledge & Capability Partner will have to take on additional responsibilities to ensure our Line 1 businesses have access to fit-for-purpose ongoing role-based learning. The CTT Knowledge & Capability Partner will be primarily responsible for leading, coordinating and executing risk culture, knowledge sharing, and capability activities at a CTT and ANZ division level.

Role Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract/Secondment, Full-time

What will your day look like?

 

As a CTT Knowledge & Capability Partner, you are accountable for:

 

  • Understanding the regulatory content related to the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and the Common Reporting Standard (CRS)

  • Enabling and assessing the risk culture, knowledge, and capability requirements of the organisation related to CTT obligations in connection with the respective division

  • Leading core function workflow and initiatives autonomously in relation to record and knowledge management, capability management, and external and role-based learning

  • Engagement and collaboration with senior internal and external stakeholders across the organisation, by acting as a divisional partner for relevant business areas and ANZ jurisdictions

  • Preparing and partnering with senior stakeholders to provide support across business areas and ANZ jurisdictions impacted by CTT regulations and changes

  • Working with a technically complex program, whilst maintaining a regulatory, customer and banker lens

  • Management of simultaneous initiatives and priorities

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Strong experience in learning, knowledge and/or capability management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels and build solid relationships with senior stakeholders

  • Excellent management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects to meet deadlines

  • Displays solid judgement in problem solving and decision making within a complex and fast paced environment

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data and technical information into business insights

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering capability, record and/or knowledge management frameworks

  • Demonstrated experience in producing, consulting on, and following through on learning and development plans, and change and communications plans

  • Ability to work autonomously and share knowledge through leading and facilitating stakeholder workshops

  • Ability to embed culture and learning requirements within internal and external teams, including through partnering with ANZ divisions and jurisdictions

  • Risk awareness and critical thinking to drive better outcomes that protect our customers, stakeholders, and ANZ

  • Comfort with uncertainty and changing priorities, and a high level of self-motivation and initiative

  • Passion for continuous improvement and growth, with a desire to contribute beyond your current skillset
