About the Role
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Risk Capability Analyst to support the uplift of non-financial risk (NFR) capabilities across Customer Service Operations (CSO). This newly created role is perfect for someone who brings together experience in data, technology, and innovation to deliver scalable solutions that align with ANZ and industry standards.
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building the data infrastructure, tools, and insights that drive smarter, data-informed decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to the strategic uplift of NFR capability, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and risk maturity across the business.

What will your day look like?
You will be responsible for:
- Analysing operational, behavioural, and risk-related data to identify gaps and opportunities in non-financial risk capabilities.
- Developing dynamic, user-friendly reports and dashboards in Excel to guide and monitor risk capability uplift.
- Leveraging AI technologies, data pipelines, and automation tools to deliver timely insights and improve initiative tracking.
- Supporting the integration of cloud-based systems and internal platforms to enhance user experience and reporting efficiency.
- Providing ongoing performance metrics that link learning outcomes with business performance and risk maturity.
- Enabling data-driven decision-making for CSO leadership by delivering clear, actionable insights.
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics and reporting, ideally within a risk, compliance, operations, or learning context.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, data modelling, and visualisation.
- Familiarity with AI or automation technologies (e.g. machine learning tools, chatbots, workflow automation).
- Experience using cloud-based analytics and insights platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qualtrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Experience managing initiatives or change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence presenting to senior leaders.
