About the Role

 

As a Business Lead - High Impact Processes, you’ll play a key role in helping to establish and embed the Commercial Customer Management High Impact Process (HIP), enhancing operational risk management and end-to-end process governance for Customer Management. This work will be crucial for managing risks, improving visibility, and ensuring effective oversight across various business functions.

You will work with a wide range of stakeholders across the commercial value chain, including: assurance, distribution, operations, data and business services to ensure the operational performance of the Commercial Customer Management HIP forum and that the “moments that matter” in the Commercial Customer Management process are well managed.

Role Type: 12 Month Secondment
Role Location: 4C, 833 Collins St, Docklands
Role Schedule: Full Time (40 hrs/week)

 

What will your day look like?

 

As a Business Lead - High Impact Processes, you are accountable for: 

•    Design and development of the HIPs approach for the Commercial Customer Management HIP. 
•    Management of the regular HIP forums (including presentation, agenda, etc.). 
•    Detailed design and optimisation of relevant metrics to support the HIPs framework.  
•    Lead and/or support relevant deep dives on process focus areas as required.
•    Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the value chain to optimise and embed HIPs across the Commercial division.  
•    Support with ad-hoc actions, reviews and other tasks as required for HIPs.

  • Commercial Acumen: The ability to take a big picture view of the organisation, the market, the external and internal pressures and identify actions or strategies to drive efficiency and create long term value.
