About the Role

As a Business Execution Expert, you will be responsible for enabling timely and accurate delivery of key Commercial Operations initiatives and changes by collaborating with Chapter and Journey experts from Tribes to implement changes into CSO Commercial Operations, coordinating small to medium scale initiatives across Operations teams, and removing blockers to ensure clear outcomes.

What will your day look like?

• Develop & improve processes through workshops with representatives from the Business Lending tribe, legal, compliance, technology to discuss the upcoming changes that may affect the business.

• Co-Ordinate discussions with Chapter Experts, Tribes regarding issues identified and how to reach an ideal future state solution.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and help the team improve performance.

• Maintenance of artifacts, documentation of project/initiative in central repository e.g. confluence page.

• Work on process collateral for any change implementation. Ongoing review and maintenance of process collateral across the Small Business Owners.

• Test script documentation and conducting UAT, BVT for new system changes to ensure seamless system deployment.

• Depending on the initiative, you will develop and implement Operations solutions for the customer, translate change strategy into desired solutions for Operations and continuously optimize based on feedback, understand business processes to improve and simplify customer experience, determine how to deliver and embed change into operations teams while integrating stakeholder needs, and manage implementation risks and regulatory/legal requirements by collaborating with assurance.
