About the Role
The Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Business Analyst supports the Talent & Culture function in uplifting NFR through the PACT program by delivering priority activities under the Court Enforceable Undertaking. The role translates the program activities into clear requirements that are fit for purpose for Talent & Culture through delivery plans and adoption activities that embed sustainable NFR practices across the division.
Scope includes business analysis, change impact assessment, procedure and training development, data uplift and migration, business readiness, change management and communications to support implementation and transition into BAU.
To be successful in this role, we need a passionate risk professional that wants to be part of changing our risk maturity, capability and application of risk management activities in Talent & Culture.

What will your day look like?
As a Business Analyst, you are accountable for:
- Role modelling the change and uplift required across Talent & Culture and Enterprise ANZ
- Conducting business analysis and change impact assessments for program deliverables; translating outcomes into clear requirements, delivery plans, stakeholder maps and working group updates.
- Supporting uplift of Talent & Culture NFR processes and procedures to align with program requirements and risk management expectations.
- Building and delivering end‑to‑end adoption plans (communications, training, engagement and readiness) to ensure change is implemented and sustained.
- Supporting implementation of process changes, including transition planning and embedding into BAU.
- Coordinating across program streams (change management, business readiness, communications, data uplift and migration) to manage dependencies and delivery risk.
- Facilitating and documenting workshops and business discussions; capturing decisions, actions and outcomes.
- Preparing high‑quality change artefacts and communications for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Establishing feedback loops, readiness checks and sustainability reviews to monitor adoption and effectiveness over time.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
You bring a mix of risk, change and delivery capability, with strong stakeholder management and clear communication.
- Experience in operational risk, compliance, or non‑financial risk programs and within the three lines of defence.
- Strong problem‑solving skills; able to work autonomously and persistently through ambiguity and complexity.
- Ability to deliver to deadlines under competing priorities, with disciplined planning and follow‑through.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including drafting for senior audiences.
- Confidence working independently with senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) for planning, analysis and communication.
- Working knowledge of change management methodologies and how they integrate with project delivery.
