About the Role
As a Business Analyst in the Australia Commercial NFR Process and Solutions team, you’ll play a key role in helping to support the uplift of a process-driven approach for non-financial risk management across Australia Commercial division. This role is responsible for providing business analysis expertise to the High Impact Process Maturity Uplift and Important Business Operation program of work within the Australia Commercial Division.

What will your day look like?
As a Business Analyst, you will be expected to:

Support the mapping and uplift of processes
-
Support linking data to process maps (including risk data, technology, vendors, teams, locations)

Support the delivery of forums, including preparation of content for the pack and minute taking

Support the uplift of governance surrounding High Impact Processes and Important Business Operations across Commercial Division

Actively support and drive the maturity of High Impact Processes within Commercial Division.
What will you bring?

Business Analysis: Translating business requirements into solutions by understanding needs, feasibility and impact.

Data Analysis: Collecting, profiling and analysing data to translate into meaningful insights to inform business decisions and deliver customer solutions

Communication: The ability to convey and comprehend information effectively in both spoken and written formats.

Critical Thinking: The ability to use logic and reasoning to analyse, evaluate and synthesize a range of information to understand an opportunity or challenge

Delivery Management: The practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and embedding an initiative, product, program, campaign, process, procedure, or change to achieve a set of objectives or outcomes (for customers, employees, the organisation and/or the market). This includes identifying, tracking, resolving and managing dependencies.

Stakeholder management: The ability to identify, understand and anticipate the needs of those who can affect or be affected by your work in order to gain commitment

Problem Solving: The ability to identify and critically evaluate problems, and/or interconnections and patterns across a broader system for the purpose of finding and implementing a solution.

Process Mapping: The ability to create a workflow diagram that demonstrates how a process and its parallel processes work in order to understand workflow
