The Business Analyst, Internal Audit role is a multi-purpose role where the successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the delivery of technology solutions, initiatives across IA’s strategic program of change (IA25) as well as Business Operations.  They will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders including business and technology process owners, SME’s and technology teams across multiple countries.  This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who can work independently and find solutions to problems across a variety of domains.

What will your day look like?

This role is accountable for:

• Identify and document requirements for various improvement and technology initiatives across Internal Audit
• Deliver activities such as change management, knowledge retention for key strategic programs
• Support Business Operations such as on-boarding/off-boarding and management reporting incl. people and finance reporting
• Manage the Business Continuity process for Internal Audit
• Be an advocate for continuous improvement within Internal Audit

What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Experienced in Business Operations activities
• Proven Business Analysis experience with experience in documenting requirements and knowledge retention
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead information gathering, investigation efforts and implement change; with the ability to effectively deliver business process analysis outcomes.
• Ability to understand the needs of multiple stakeholders and respond appropriately to complex problems in short timeframes
• Ability to work with multiple initiatives 
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong and proven attention to detail.
• Experience in process automation is highly desirable.
• Experience in working with ServiceNow is a big plus.
