Join Group Risk’s PACT Program – a set of initiatives that turn complicated, company-wide promises into clear, testable requirements and well-managed delivery results.
Reporting to Group Risk’s PACT Delivery Team, you will bring structure, traceability and risk discipline to initiatives that underpin our commitment to uplift NonFinancial Risk (NFR) management.
This role operates within the Enterprise NFR uplift program, and you will work to program governance, reporting and closure standards, ensuring highquality evidence, timely risk escalation and controlled delivery across Group Risk and partner divisions.

Work Hours: Full time, 40 hrs/week
What will your day look like?
We are a dynamic fast paced delivery environment and the focus areas for these roles will develop and evolve as program delivery progresses. Responsibilities will include:
- Translate business needs into clear, testable technical requirements, facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive alignment.
- Ensure end‑to‑end traceability across requirements, controls, test cases and closure evidence, supported by high‑quality documentation and executive‑ready artefacts.
- Support delivery and release testing (Dev, UAT, BVT) by partnering closely with technology and contributing to robust test planning and execution.
- Maintain operational readiness through accurate process documentation, test scripts and proactive triage of production issues and service requests.
- Embed strong NFR practices by actively participating in delivery cadence and demonstrating sound risk‑management behaviours.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in financial services—ideally within Risk or Regulatory programs—with a strong technical background in digital delivery or platform implementation, and a proven ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
- Experience working with Jira across the full development lifecycle (story writing, workflow management, testing coordination, release).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, or willingness to quickly learn new platforms and tooling.
- Strong analytical discipline to support test planning, execution support and release readiness (Dev, UAT, BVT).
- Ability to work in complex environments, triaging and resolving production support issues with structured problem‑solving.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills — confident in hosting workshops, running feature demos/playbacks and communicating complex requirements simply.
