About the Role
Are you looking to start a career in banking and enjoy helping people every day? We’re looking for Banking Consultants to join our Suncorp Bank Contact Centre team based at 833 Collins Street, Docklands.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career or looking to transition into banking. As a Banking Consultant, you’ll be supported with training and on-the-job learning as you help customers with Everyday Banking enquiries, account openings, and servicing requests. You’ll build strong foundational banking skills while delivering friendly, professional service and creating positive customer experiences, all while learning how to balance customer needs, risk, and performance outcomes.
You’ll work within a hybrid model, combining in-office collaboration with the flexibility of working from home once training is complete.
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: Multiple vacancies - all permanent roles, full time roles (roster options below)
Roster Options:
Option 1)Full time, 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday, 7AM - 10AM start time
Option 2)Full time, 37.5 hours, Tuesday - Saturday, 7AM - 10AM start time

What will your day look like?
As a Banking Consultant, your accountabilities include:
• Create positive and personalised experiences for customers across inbound interactions
• Provide accurate information and support on Everyday Banking products, services, and processes
• Resolve customer enquiries efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve outcomes
• Build trust through active listening, empathy, and clear communication
• Work collaboratively within a team focused on people, customer experience, risk, and performance
• Uphold Suncorp Banks’s purpose of building futures and protecting what matters
