About the Role

• Opportunity to support the Bank to move at pace safely and deliver lasting change to the Bank’s approach to governance, risk management and the control environment.
• Work within an adaptable and collaborative environment that focuses on growing its people and their capabilities.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the Bank’s response and approach to regulatory expectations with respect to risk management through audit review activity. 

You will provide challenge and insights on the control environment and, with the review team, engage with management to develop sustainable solutions that deliver what mattes for our customers, the Board and regulators.  Particular areas of focus include, but are not limited to: Non-Financial Risk, Risk Management Frameworks, Credit Risk Modelling and Transformation.

You will need to work closely with colleagues across the global team, drawing on your stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Accountability: Positive, self-starter who takes accountability for assigned tasks and sees them through to completion. 
• Data skills: Awareness of approaches and techniques for analysing and interpreting data, with a focus on driving efficiency in audit execution.
