About the Role
As an Associate Regulatory Management, you will:
- support the effective management of regulatory risk through the coordination and administration of the Regulatory Management Lifecycle
- help ensure regulatory expectations, commitments and engagements are managed consistently across the organisation and aligned to established frameworks and processes.
- contribute to the coordination of regulatory activities and support a more integrated approach to managing regulatory expectations, engagements and commitments.

What will your day look like?
- Support the implementation and continual enhancement of the enterprise-wide Regulatory Management Policy and Standard, aligned to the Regulatory Management Lifecycle
- Assist with horizon scanning on regulatory developments, assessing the impact of regulatory expectations on business activities, and monitoring business commitments
- Contribute to an integrated approach to managing regulatory expectations, engagements and commitments across the organisation
- Coordinate the tracking and reporting of regulatory expectations, commitments and engagements, including supporting ERC and Board reporting requirements
- Support work to confirm Line 1 stakeholders are adhering to relevant policies, standards and procedures.
- Support the consistent application of regulatory management practices across all material regulators across the Group and assist with administration of the regulatory interactions module in NFRHub
- Maintain standard approaches, templates and guidance so regulatory activities are managed consistently across business units
What will you bring?
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and 2-3 years’ financial services experience in legal, compliance or audit
- Understanding of regulatory risk management concepts within financial services
- knowledge of domestic and international regulatory regimes, including supervisory approaches and expectations.
- Familiarity with Non-Financial Risk frameworks and enterprise risk management practices, including good governance and reporting practices.
- Analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
