About Us
At ANZ, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.
Organisation Design and Implementation are trusted advisors and delivery partners to T&C and the business, through a strategy-led, data-informed and people-enabled approach to delivering workforce transformation projects end-to-end.
About the Role
As an Advisor - OD&I Process and Optimisation in our Organisation Design and Implementation team, you’ll play an important role in helping us build more consistent, efficient and well-governed ways of working across OD&I.
This is an 18-month secondment role supporting the OD&I Process and Optimisation team to map, document and embed current and future state processes across the end-to-end workforce transformation delivery value chain. Working closely with the Senior Lead - Process Re-engineer, OD&I practitioners, the OD&I LT and key T&C teams, you’ll help identify process pain points, document requirements, support future state design, and contribute to building process capability and governance across OD&I.
You’ll be part of a practical, collaborative team focused on making it easier for OD&I practitioners and stakeholders to deliver workforce transformation outcomes with clarity, consistency and confidence.
Banking is changing and we’re changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow. Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.
