About the Role
The Advisor – Planning & Operations (T&C) provides essential coordination, analysis, and documentation support to help keep T&C’s strategy-to-execution processes running smoothly. Working under the guidance of the Senior Advisor and Senior Manager, you will assist with integrated planning, prioritisation, interdependency tracking, financial/support analysis, and change release coordination across the T&C portfolio. This is a great role for someone early in their career who is organised, curious, and eager to learn how strategy, planning, and delivery come together across a complex T&C function.

What will your day look like?
- Helping maintain T&C’s Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) / KPIs by collecting updates and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assisting in preparing materials for business reviews, including progress summaries and risk highlights.
- Support tracking of benefits and outcomes by keeping registers up to date with input from T&C teams.
- Assisting in preparing for annual planning, quarterly re-planning, and rolling 6–12-month planning cycles.
- Collecting information from T&C teams to feed into the prioritisation model (value, risk, capacity, regulatory impacts).
- Helping maintain the integrated T&C roadmap (updating timelines, milestones, and dependencies under guidance).
- Supporting the upkeep of the interdependency log across HR Product teams.
- Surfacing emerging risks to the Senior Advisor early to support proactive mitigation.
- Assisting with the preparation of budget/forecast updates, cost tracking, and simple variance commentary.
- Supporting the coordination of the T&C change release calendar (major, minor, emergency).
- Drafting simple communication updates for change awareness
- Maintaining accurate and accessible artefacts: roadmaps, RAID logs, release calendars, meeting notes, decision records.
- Prepare presentation materials, dashboards, and reports for portfolio forums and leadership meetings.
What will you bring?
- 4-5 years’ experience in planning, project coordination, PMO, business analysis, HR operations, or similar roles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple inputs and keep information accurate.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable with numbers and data (e.g., basic budgeting, simple analysis, spreadsheet work).
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Miro, MS Teams).
