About the Role
The Account Service Manager will take direction from the Senior Account Service Managers and work closely with the creative Workflow Manager to be responsible for building and managing client relationships, briefs, studio priorities, timelines, and ensuring that process is always adhered to. They will ensure that jobs are briefed into studio complete with all required information to support the creation of high-quality work, delivered on time and that exceeds expectation.
Additionally, the Account Service Manager position is pivotal in ensuring that every project moves through the studio workflow system on-brief, on-time and on-budget. You will keep the smooth flow of work between various stakeholders and teams going while continuously looking at ways to optimise and improve processes. You’re the voice of the stakeholder during internal creative or project reviews and aims to guide creative for the best possible client-facing outcome.

What will your day look like?
As an Account Service Manager, you are accountable for:

Accountability and involvement in project management from briefing to billing
-
Building and maintaining strong relationships across the business, but essentially with Marketing stakeholder teams
-
Adding expertise to the briefing process by interpreting briefs, identifying and managing gaps any potential issues

Planning and implementing project budgets and timelines
-
Financial planning and forecasting (project related)
-
End-to-end financial management for all projects, creating estimates, tracking and generating POs, estimates and reporting

Managing external relationships with production houses, external agencies or other suppliers
-
Thorough understanding of Marketing stakeholders’ businesses and product/service offerings
-
Input into strategic planning (supported by Senior AMs as necessary)

Working closely with all involved resources to execute project requirements accurately and on time

Creative quality control, checking and proofing
-
Liaising with creative Workflow Manager to book and manage resource requirements
-
Shared responsibility for business development and growth within existing portfolios
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Extensive experience in marketing/advertising client services and/or campaign management environment

Proficiency in applicable Microsoft Programs
-
Self-motivated and proactive with superior organisation skills, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills

Service driven with a desire to deliver beyond expectation

A people person with the desire to be a true team player and deliver for the team

Confidence interacting with people across all departments and levels of the organisation both internally and externally

Experience in juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Analytical approach to driving productivity

A keen interest in innovation and experimenting with AI
