About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available to join ANZ’s internal creative studio team as an Account Service Manager.   Join our in-house creative studio and be a part of our design-driven mission to enhance customer financial wellbeing, as well as lead the way in meeting ANZ's ever-changing marketing needs.

As an Account Service Manager at ANZ's creative studio, you'll be responsible for building and managing client relationships, briefs, studio priorities, timelines, and ensuring that process is always adhered to with jobs arriving to the studio ‘brief ready’ with all the required information to support in the creation of high-quality work delivered that is delivered on time and exceeds expectation. You will be a pivotal team member for ensuring that every project moves through on-brief, on-time, on-budget, and keeps the smooth flow of work between various stakeholders and teams - while looking at ways to optimise and improve processes.

You will need to possess a strong background and understanding of design, asset production, the digital landscape, brand, and campaign development as well as experience working under tight deadlines.

What will your day look like?

• Adding expertise to the briefing process by interpreting briefs, identifying, and managing any potential issues.

• End-to-end financial management for all projects, creating estimates, tracking, and generating POs, estimates and reporting.

• Accountability and involvement in project management from briefing to billing, including creative quality control, checking and proofing

• Booking and managing resource requirements

• Shared responsibility for business development and growth within existing portfolios

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• 5+ years in marketing services environment and/or ad trafficking and campaign management.

• Self-motivated and proactive with superior organisation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Service driven with a desire to deliver beyond expectation.

• A people person with the desire to be a true team player and deliver for the team.

• Confidence interacting with people across all departments and levels of the organization both internally and externally.

• Experience in juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in online project management tools and having an analytical approach to driving productivity.

Some additional ‘nice to have’ skills for this role include:

• Previous experience in Adobe creative suite, figma and other design-based programs.

• First-hand experience in end to end campaign development and management.

• Studio traffic experience
