As a Workplace Mental Health Specialist for Wellbeing and Safety, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality subject matter expertise in psychosocial risk management and have experience in Wellbeing & Safety. You will assist in develop the programs, tools, and resources to support ANZ’s Wellbeing and Safety strategy and the delivery Global Mental Health Road Map with a key focus on psychosocial risk and wellbeing.

Role Type: Permanent
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 (option to consider Sydney and Brisbane)
Work Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
What will your day look like?
This senior role will be responsible for the delivery of high quality advice on psychosocial risk management to the business. It will also be accountable for the development & implementation of projects relating to psychosocial risk working with different business areas and across Talent and Culture as needed. The role will require you to think strategically, to analyse and interpret data around wellbeing and safety and talent & culture. It will also require that your output reflects ANZ’s culture & values on diversity, inclusion and corporate responsibilities. You will be working in an agile way within the Wellbeing and Safety function.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Experience in Psychosocial risk management including continued improvements in how psychosocial risks are investigated and managed

A passionate and experienced senior Wellbeing and Safety professional

Tertiary qualification in Psychology (preferably Organisational Psychology), Health and Safety or related discipline will be required or strong operational experience in safety and wellbeing

Experience with managing & developing Wellbeing and Safety or managing psychosocial risk within large, multi-site businesses.

Knowledge of Wellbeing and Safety trends and relevant legislation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent negotiating, influencing, consulting and coaching skills with a strong ability to work as part of a team, and experience managing senior stakeholders

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Exposure in Agile Methodology would be well regarded
