About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Change Managers to develop change strategies that will ensure the adoption of the changes introduced by PACT Program and to manage the change management activities that will implement this strategy.

What will your day look like?
As a Senior Change Manager, you will be:
- Designing and implementing change strategies to support NFR-related uplift activities under the APRA EU (Enforceable Undertaking) program.
- Completing Change Impact Assessments for Group Risk deliverables
- Developing and delivering comprehensive change plans, including communications, training, engagement, and readiness activities.
- Collaborating with Project Managers, SMEs, and the business to ensure change is integrated into project delivery and aligned to the Enterprise standards.
- Establishing sustainable change practices that support the embedding of operational risk and compliance improvements.
- Preparing high-quality communication materials and change artefacts for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Actively contributing to risk culture uplift by supporting behavioural change and leadership alignment.
- Monitoring change effectiveness through feedback loops, change readiness assessments, and sustainability reviews.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Relevant years of experience in change management, ideally in financial services, risk, or regulatory settings
- Proven track record leading change for operational risk, compliance, or non-financial risk programs
- Strong knowledge of Risk Management Frameworks and the Three Lines of Defence model
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Outstanding communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
