Coaching & Capability Uplift
• Coach senior leaders, product owners and risk champions on how to apply PACT requirements in real decision-making scenarios.
• Build risk and compliance maturity by reinforcing practical judgment, customer lens and regulatory intent, not just procedural compliance.
• Support consistent understanding of roles across the Three Lines of Defence, particularly in relation to product governance and obligation management.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Product, first line NFR, Complaints Management, Risk, Compliance, Technology and Operations.
• Influence outcomes through credibility, expertise and pragmatic problem-solving, rather than positional authority.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities and varying levels of risk maturity.
Risk & Quality Oversight
• Ensure implemented solutions align to regulatory intent, risk appetite and customer outcomes, not just minimum compliance.
• Identify residual risks arising from implementation decisions and escalate appropriately.
• Support readiness for internal and external review by ensuring evidence of implementation and embedding is robust.
