About the Role
As a Senior Wellbeing & Safety Advisor for the Global Health and Safety team, you will work with the Team Lead to ensure the team provides high quality customer service and W&S programs that align to the risk profiles and business priorities. You will be “go to” point for other members of the team for technical matters.
You will provide advice and guidance to senior stakeholders, navigating solutions and taking accountability for the employee experience in everything you do. You will be a trusted professional, working across the organisation, providing operational and strategic W&S support.
You will be the voice of the customer to ensure the W&S function provides high quality customer service and provision of W&S programs that align to the Divisions risk profile and business priorities. You will support the Divisions with quality W&S solutions that are business practical, guiding them to minimise regulatory exposure from W&S events and influencing as well as supporting the implementation of ANZ W&S strategies across the Divisions
You will provide W&S strategic insights and analysis to Divisional Leaders and the W&S Leadership Team.

Work Hours: Full time (40 hours per week) or Part time (32 hours per week)
What will your day look like?
As a Senior Wellbeing & Safety Advisor, you will:

Play a key leadership role as part of an exciting and collaborative team

Provide both operational and strategic Wellbeing and Safety support to ANZ business areas

Participate in W&S projects and ensuring that targets & objectives are achieved
-
Build and maintain effective relationships with customers & stakeholders
-
Promote Wellbeing and Safety to key stakeholders
-
Ensure that all services delivered comply with governance requirements, policies, processes and with legal & regulatory requirements
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Demonstrated strong operational experience working in Health, Safety and Wellbeing
-
Qualification in health and safety or related discipline
-
Strong coaching, negotiating, influencing, and consulting skills with the ability to influence and make a positive impact at all levels
-
Demonstrated experience in developing and providing solutions to health and safety issues
-
Demonstrated experience and success building strong and collaborative working relationships
-
Demonstrated experience in developing and providing solutions to health and safety issues
-
A keen interest in data, to help drive continuous improvement in Wellbeing and Safety programs
-
A commitment to personal development and keeping up to date with changes in Wellbeing and Safety legislation and best practice.
