Senior Manager, Risk Culture
Senior Manager, Risk Culture
About Us
At ANZ, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.
About the Role
This Senior Manager role plays a leading role in shaping how risk culture is understood, measured, governed and embedded across ANZ. As a risk culture subject matter expert, the role helps strengthen the enterprise architecture that supports sound risk behaviours — including the frameworks, measures, insights, governance rhythms and leadership practices that influence how risk is identified, challenged and acted on in practice. Drawing on behavioural insight, strategic advice and practical delivery, the role translates cultural and behavioural signals into targeted interventions and infrastructure uplift that support stronger customer, commercial and risk outcomes across the enterprise.
Banking is changing and we're changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow. Whatever your role at ANZ, you'll be building your future while helping to build ours.
Role Type: Permanent
