About the Role
The Senior Lead, Process & Optimisation OD&I (Change Enablement) leads the end-to-end change enablement required to embed process and service improvements across Organisation Design & Implementation. Working closely with the OD&I Process & Optimisation team, OD&I LT, practitioners, service owners and relevant T&C partner teams, this role helps prioritise, sequence, design and embed changes across the end-to-end OD&I service.
As a key member of the Process & Optimisation team, the ensures OD&I practitioners and relevant partner teams are ready, willing and able to adopt new ways of working through practical change planning, engagement, communications, training, documentation, feedback loops and adoption tracking.
The role plays a critical part in ensuring process and service improvements are designed with adoption in mind from the outset, embedded safely and consistently, and sustained through strong documentation, capability uplift, practitioner engagement and operational discipline.

What will your day look like?
As a Senior Lead - Process & Optimisation, you will be:
• Leading end-to-end change enablement for OD&I process and service improvements, including impact assessment, engagement, readiness, communications, training, rollout and sustainment.
• Working with the Senior Manager – OD&I Process & Optimisation and Senior Lead – Process Re-Engineer to prioritise and sequence the OD&I change backlog, balancing value, capacity, dependencies, risk and practitioner impact.
• Contributing to the design of process and service changes, bringing a practical point of view on opportunities to improve the end-to-end OD&I service, practitioner experience, hand-offs, governance, controls, documentation, data and tools.
• Developing practical change and engagement plans that support adoption by OD&I practitioners, OD&I LT, service owners and relevant T&C partner teams.
• Building OD&I capability for new or changed processes, tools and ways of working through clear guidance, training, walkthroughs, coaching and feedback loops.
• Creating and maintaining practitioner-friendly process documentation, playbooks, guides, checklists, FAQs and supporting implementation materials.
• Coordinating rollout activity so changes are well sequenced, clearly communicated and aligned to OD&I priorities, delivery capacity and governance expectations.
• Tracking change impact and adoption to understand whether changes are being embedded effectively, delivering intended benefits and informing future improvement activity.
• Partnering with relevant T&C teams where process or service changes have dependencies or impacts beyond OD&I.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Strong experience leading end-to-end change management activity, including impact assessment, engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption and sustainment.
• Ability to prioritise and sequence change activity, balancing business value, delivery capacity, dependencies, risk and practitioner impact.
• Experience contributing to process, service or ways-of-working improvements, including forming a practical view on what should and could change.
• Strong ability to translate complex process or service changes into clear plans, guidance, documentation and implementation materials.
• Strong facilitation, communication and capability-building skills, including the ability to run workshops, walkthroughs, training and feedback sessions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with senior stakeholders, practitioners and cross-functional teams to test, refine and embed change.
• Ability to track adoption, readiness, practitioner experience and sustainment outcomes, and use insights to improve future change activity.
• Understanding of workforce transformation, organisation design, restructuring, implementation or related T&C delivery processes.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and contribute as part of a fungible Process & Optimisation team.
• Change management qualification or certification will be well regarded, as will experience in organisation design, workforce implementation, restructuring, transformation delivery, HR operations, process improvement, service design, automation, data-related change or practitioner enablement.
• Relevant university qualifications will be well regarded but are not a barrier to entry.
