​As a Sr. PH Onboarding Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining quality and compliance with ANZ & regulatory requirements. You will be part of “Static Data and Client Enablement (Philippines) team”. This is a customer-facing role that handles communications with clients mostly via emails for all institutional PH customers, regarding any onboarding or maintenance inquiries as well as client document review. You are responsible to review the documents for onboarding or maintenance requests from clients and ensure that they meet the regulator and bank requirements. You be the contact window of the client to answer any queries they may have about onboarding or maintaining their company information. You will also be working with internal staff members to resolve any customer inquiries and to execute customer instructions. This role will also be required to deliver excellent quality to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by completing account onboarding and maintenance requests. Takes ownership and initiative to achieve SLAs.

About you

  • Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated prior customer onboarding and customer service experience.

  • Strong focus on quality and attention to detail

  • Good understanding of customer onboarding and client documentary requirements

  • Able to navigate and achieve client requests under regulatory and compliance requirements
