About the Role
As a Process Engineer, you will rethink and redesign the way work is done and be integral to enabling automation and simplification programs to deliver great employee experiences, remove inefficiencies, and reduce operating costs for the Talent & Culture (T&C) function.

What will your day look like?
As a Process Engineer, you will:

Quantify current state process performance, document SME pain points, and identify the key improvements required to improve performance and facilitate the implementation of changes and assessment of benefits

Provide input on the initiatives identified and being prioritised as to whether they will have simplification process improvement opportunities and potential benefits

Liaise with multiple stakeholders to understand the end-to-end initiative through current state assessments and value stream mapping

Solve business problems using strong analytical skills including – speed of converting input information to meaningful data, data analysis with latest analytical tools/ approaches, making effective decisions using critical thinking ability

Work with business SMEs to document processes using BPMN 2.0 standards in Signavio

Continuously assess and understand the operational requirements to improve operational performance and business processes
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Strong technical lean/process engineering expertise (based on a fundamental understanding of the underlying principles and what we are trying to achieve)

Demonstrated understanding of process governance, process modelling and documentation

Experience in automations and evaluating potential & actual efficiency impacts of automation implementation

Ability to work hands-on, collaboratively and with passion and energy as part of a team
-
Logical and structured thinking and comfort with both data analysis and ambiguity
-
Understanding of BPMN 2.0 standards and demonstrate ability to conduct process modelling at the right levels
-
Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible results in compressed timeframes across a variety of businesses, countries and products
-
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in all forms and simplify complex messages to stakeholders at all levels
-
Experience with process modelling and analysis solutions including SAP Signavio (will be highly regarded)

Technical understanding of AI and Digitization technologies

Experience developing and supporting metrics to assess and monitor process efficiency

Lean/Six sigma/Agile certification
