About the Role

As a Process Analyst (Process Journey Expert) in the Digital Employee Experience (DEex) team within Talent & Culture (T&C), you will have the opportunity to gain breadth across all facets of process governance and be a key contributor to the design and delivery of process excellence through the support of ANZ’s business process management system (SAP Signavio).   

In this role, you will play an important role in uplifting T&C processes, ensuring process management is well managed so we can effectively deliver process insights and uplift to the Talent & Culture function.  You will support the team to maintain and embed our process framework and methodologies into business practices, including process mapping and analysis, stakeholder reporting, and training across process mapping standards and systems.

What will your day look like?

As a Process Analyst, you will: 

• Creating process maps, process documents and visualization

• Organize and support process discovery workshops

• Support and embed process governance 

• Capture, track, and update action items related to process uplift

• Collect data (event logs, process metrics, operations metrics etc.), clean data, and prepare it for various analysis works and process mining

• Support the creation of process models and documentation in BPMN notation, in Signavio tool

• Participate and conduct various activities & initiatives

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Process Modelling/Mapping skills (BPMN2.0) and experience in Process Analysis 

• Experience with business process management systems (preferably Signavio)

• An understanding of process governance, process modelling, documentation, process discovery, and automation

• An understanding of reporting & data visualisation tools (such as Excel, PowerBI, QlikSense and Tableau)

• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills, and with relationship building ability 

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; and organisation skills and ability to work on multiple priorities at once 

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft office suite (Word, excel, power point)
