The Senior Analyst- Assurance and Controls main purpose is to successfully communicate and manage engagement to a wide variety of clients and stakeholder through knowledge and skillset developed as SME, including BAU operational risk as well as governance of controls.  Secondary purpose is to manage any ad-hoc related projects (including data remediation) and provide process improvement opportunities to help minimise risk with simple effective techniques as well as using experience based judgement to achieve optimum results.
 
The role is also expected to
  • assist to review data and contribute to preparation of Management Information reports for Data Management;    
  • build collaborative relationships with business partners and other key stakeholders in order to understand global data requirements
  • review existing processes and identify opportunity to improve. 
  • initiate, manage and build relationships with customers and  business to ensure all requirements are met
  • ensure all services delivered comply with ANZ Group governance requirements, policies, processes and standards and with legal and regulatory requirements

Role location: Solaris One Building, 130 Dela Rosa St., Legaspi Village, Makati City
Role schedule: Manila business hours, days shift, weekends off, Hybrid work set up

What will you bring?

 
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
 
  • good working knowledge of market trends and regulations
  • comfortable dealing with large volumes of data
  • banking and financial experience is an advantage
  • high proficiency in using MS Excel
  • experience in Project management, Business analytics, reports and Data management
  • operational Risk knowledge
  • strong written, verbal Communication skills able to craft a message
