About the Role


The T&C Consultant (Senior Recruiter) - Talent Acquisition and Mobility (TA&M) will be responsible for driving candidate experience by assessing business recruitment needs and delivering end-to-end recruitment across various geographies through the TA&M service proposition. This role provides pro-active advice and guidance to hiring managers, internal and external candidates and relevant stakeholders, navigating solutions and taking accountability for the candidate and hiring manager recruitment experience. The role holder supports TA&M’s operational accountabilities by maintaining up to date and accurate records across SuccessFactors and other associated systems and databases.

Role Location: 30F MDC 100 Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City AND 12F Solaris One Building Dela Rosa St. Makati City as required
Work Hours: Day Shift 

What will your day look like?


As a Talent & Culture Consultant (Senior Recruiter), you will be accountable for:

 

  • Good understanding of business needs and executing on end-to-end delivery of recruitment in the volume and niche recruitment segments through the TA&M service proposition.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to achieve successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Receiving and prioritising recruitment requirements aligned to the squad, taking end-to-end ownership of the hiring manager and candidate experience.
  • Resolving problems specific to recruitment by collaborating well with peers in the squad & across the TA&M tribe, whilst keeping hiring managers and candidate experience top of mind in compliance with appropriate policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining data integrity through accurate and up to date records and robust data governance.
  • Be a subject matter expert by providing functional advice to colleagues and senior stakeholders

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Extensive and proven track record in Talent Acquisition, delivering end-to-end recruitment in a matrix global enterprise organisation 
  • Excellent domain knowledge of recruitment and resourcing strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with previous experience managing challenging stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task/prioritize to ensure that deadlines are proactively achieved, and can maintain accurate and up to date records.
  • Has an understanding of multi-geography landscape, with focus on Philippine talent market. 
  • Good understanding of financial services/banking.
