About the Role

 

As a Process Specialist, Client Account Data, you are responsible for the accurate and timely execution of client account data activities, including counterparty, account, SSI and SDI set-ups across ANZ Markets systems (CSS, Murex, Core Static and related platforms).

 

You will ensure that activities are completed in line with defined procedures and timelines to support onboarding, trade processing, settlement and post-trade operations.

 

You will contribute to data quality and risk control by adhering to established processes, performing required checks and escalating issues when identified. The role works as part of a team to deliver consistent and reliable operational outcomes.

Role Location: Solaris One Building, 130 Dela Rosa St. Legaspi Village, Makati City  

Role Type: Full-time; 12 months fixed term contract

Shift Schedule: Dayshift schedules will be adhered to

 

What will your day look like?

 

  • Execute client account data activities in line with defined procedures, policies and timelines
  • Perform setup, maintenance and validation of client, counterparty and settlement instruction data accurately
  • Process SSI/SDI updates across systems, ensuring required fields and validations are completed
  • Perform data checks and identify incomplete or inconsistent information for resolution
  • Investigate routine exceptions and escalate issues in a timely manner
  • Support reconciliations and control checks as required
  • Maintain accuracy, productivity and adherence to process and control standards
  • Respond to stakeholder queries and requests within agreed turnaround times
  • Contribute to team delivery and support continuous improvement through feedback and suggestions

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Experience in Client Static Data, Reference Data, Client Account Data, or Markets/Securities Operations
  • Hands-on experience with SSI/SDI setup, maintenance, and validation
  • Understanding of counterparty, account, and settlement data processes
  • Knowledge of the trade lifecycle and static data management
  • Experience in data processing, reconciliation, and exception handling
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational systems
  • Exposure to DTCC ALERT or similar SSI platforms
  • Awareness of Markets products (FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Equities)
  • Experience in a process-driven, control-focused environment
  • Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and time zones
  • Experience in securities operations or static data processing preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or any related field
  • Relevant operational training or certifications are a plus
