About the Role

The PMO Systems and Data Analyst will be responsible for property systems administration of project commitments and claims management, information management, analysis and quality control of systems data including user support for business processes, resolution of issues, and identification of improvements to systems and business processes for greater efficiencies whilst maintaining compliance.

What will your day look like?

As a PMO Systems and Data Analyst, you will:

• Support Delivery Team (Commercial, Retail and Investment Slate) with management of ARIBA, PeopleSoft and PPM Project financial reporting data, including analysis of Project financial data, preparation and reconciliation of Project Close-out documentation for Delivery Team managed projects
• Manage and support stakeholders on Ariba related services including: supplier creation and maintenance, purchase orders, contract workspaces, invoices, reporting, and outstanding payments/bad debt)   
• Effective identification of issues and delivery of support to assist the Group Property line of business (‘troubleshooting’ and resolution of issues).
• Build collaborative relationships with clients to enable production of relevant information (e.g. Retail, Commercial, Tech)
• Lead or assist with Delivery Team Business Plan activities
• Validate service provider claims, perform quality checks to identify items requiring action, and communicate related action to the Service Provider and Property team members.
• Manage quality control of project data and administration as it relates to projects systems and defined business processes (ARIBA and PeopleSoft Projects).
• Manage project commitments and related administration in ARIBA (contract workspaces, purchase orders)
• Manage payment of project and departmental invoices 
• Assist with the induction of new Project and Service Provider Personnel.
• Manage and maintain data governance processes across Delivery Team’s data platforms (business process documents)

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Good understanding of project management principles
• Strong expertise in financial and project management systems
• Strong expertise in procurement and accounts payable systems
• Strong ability to solve problems and understand system logics
• Experience in Microsoft Suite
