About the Role

 

Our Wellbeing and Safety function helps people work together to create a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace. 

 

As a Mental Health and Wellbeing Specialist, you will help develop the programs, tools, and resources to support ANZ’s Wellbeing and Safety strategy and the broader Talent and Culture priorities. The role will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality wellbeing and safety subject matter expertise in the development and implementation of projects focussing on various aspects of employee wellbeing supported by a knowledge of safety. You will at times, be required to engage with and support the management of key wellbeing providers, including ANZ’s Employee Assistance Program provider.

 

The role will require you to think strategically, to analyse and interpret data around employee wellbeing, mental health and safety. You will also at times, work with different business areas to provide specialised wellbeing and safety support. 

 

It is imperative that your output reflects ANZ’s culture & values on diversity, inclusion and corporate responsibilities. You will be working in an agile way within the Wellbeing and Safety function.

Role Location: Solaris One Building, Makati City
Work Hours: Dayshift schedules will be adhered to

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Experienced Wellbeing and Safety professional
  • Tertiary qualification in Wellbeing & Safety with a current qualification as a Safety Officer 3 or related discipline will be required or operational experience in wellbeing and safety
  • Experience in assisting with the management and development of wellbeing programs in large, multi-site businesses.
  • Negotiating, influencing, consulting and coaching skills with a strong ability to work as part of a team.
  • Exposure in Agile Methodology would be well regarded
  • Strong Prioritising skills when managing multiple projects
  • Proven customer engagement and consultative skills that can be applied across multiple geographies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
