About the Role

As an International Support Centre – AU Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the ANZ's customer service delivery goals within Institutional Banking. Your primary responsibility will be managing inbound calls, with occasional internal email communication and outbound follow-ups with clients. Additionally, you will handle both incoming and outgoing international money transfer transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
Role Location: Solaris One Building, Makati
Work Shift: Shifts are assigned within the hours of 5AM to 3PM, Monday to Friday
 

What will your day look like?

As an International Support Centre – AU Officer, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer experience through quality interactions over the phone, e-mail or online that meet customers’ financial transaction needs as the first point of contact
  • Continually improve processes to enable business to deliver faster and improve customer service proposition
  • Demonstrate ANZ Values and nurture team members who don’t
  • Be a digital advocate 
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of the bank’s digital solutions, the ability to problem solve and educate customers.

What will you bring?

  • Experience working in a Customer Contact Centre that serves institutional clients.
  • Strong customer focus with keen attention to details
  • Proven analytical skills with strong customer service expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good listening & problem-solving skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
