About the Role

 

As a Financial Control Analyst, you will have an opportunity to be exposed to a wide range of activities such as assisting in the monthly financial close process (including finalisation of accruals and analytical reviews), preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, and preparation and submission of periodic regulatory and statutory reports while ensuring that controls and data integrity checks are in place. In your role, you are expected to assist in the completion of tasks under New Zealand division.

 

You will contribute to the overall efficient operation of the Hub Financial Control team to ensure productivity and quality and will also develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the Hub.

Role Type: Permanent, full-time; There are 2 positions available for this and level will be depending on the relevance of the experience 
Role Location: Solaris One Building, 130 Dela Rosa St. Legaspi Village, Makati City 

 

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field of studies and preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Proven experience in financial services roles
  • Solid working knowledge of financial control within a financial services environment preferable exposure on regulatory/compliance reports
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives; knowledge in intermediate/advance Excel techniques, VBA, or data analytics tools will be an advantage
  • Experience in presenting finance matters, including issues and resolutions to stakeholders
