About the Role
If you are passionate about financial planning and management, we are seeking talented individuals to join the Cost CoE - FPM team who:
- Can assist the Financial Performance Management (FPM) team in its month-end and day-to-day activities
- Can help to prepare dashboards and management reporting requirements such as Outlook, Operating Plan and Strategic Plan
- Can help to analyze and investigate variances and escalate as required
- Can support ad hoc queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Has basic quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Can do data wrangling and is good in excel spreadsheets
Your role as Cost Analyst, Financial Performance Management will play a key part in supporting the various financial and planning activities of specific business and division. In this capacity, you will be working closely with the FPM team to help finalize month-end activities. You will also help to prepare various reports and month-end packs to help business understand gaps between actuals, forecast and outlook.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Proven working experience in Finance & Accounting
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong drive and exhibit passion to get things done
- Has keen attention to detail
