What will your day look like?

As an AML QA Analyst, your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting quality assurance reviews across AML investigations to strengthen investigative standards and promote consistency in outcomes.
  • Supporting the facilitation of calibration and engagement sessions with Financial Crime Operations teams to ensure alignment in process execution and decision‑making.
  • Assisting in the preparation and communication of AML investigation quality insights and trends to leadership, enabling informed strategic decisions and improved operational effectiveness.
  • Providing guidance and knowledge‑sharing support to AML Operations staff to enhance investigative capability and drive consistent application of AML standards.

What will you bring?

To succeed and grow in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyse information, identify gaps, and consistently follow processes.
  • Well‑developed analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with curiosity to understand risk and the rationale behind decision‑making.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to ask questions and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • A strong growth mindset—open to feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to continuously improve quality and capability.
  • Experience in AML, financial crime operations, quality assurance, audit, or compliance is an advantage but not required.
